Lincoln Durham with Flat Top Reed
Sunday, July 21st at the Mesa Theater, Austin, TX blues/roots artist Lincoln Durham brings his intense live performance to Grand Junction, CO. His first CD "The Shovel [vs] The Howling Bones" was co-produced by Texas legend Ray Wylie Hubbard. Local blues band Flat Top Reed kicks the show off at 7pm. Doors open at 6pm. Advance tickets are available at the Mesa Theater box office or at Seeds of Revolution for only $10. Day of the show tickets are $15 at the box office.
Monument Rally Music Festival
Saturday, Sept. 7th Fruita Colorado
American Roots Records and Grand Junction Harley-Davidson presents the first annual Monument Rally Music Festival. Register to ride the Colorado National Monument or participate in the Harley-Davidson Scavenger Hunt Ride. Meet at GJ Harley-Davidson at 10am on Sept 7th for either ride. Pre-registration is available on the event page. Following the ride, the music festival kicks of at the Fruita Civic Center Park at 2pm. Music by The Hooten Hallers, The Yawpers, Sour Diesel Trainwreck, and this years headliner James and the Devil continues until 9:30pm. There will be a beer garden, with both local breweries and national favorites, food vendors, and the latest in merchandise and accessories.
